Holiday cottages to rent
We aim to offer maximum flexibility for our visitors over bookings, and we welcome bookings for weekends, midweek stays and full weeks. Start days are on Fridays, Saturdays or Mondays. Booking terms and conditions
- Booking: Bookings within two months should be paid in full, otherwise a deposit of £100 per cottage per stay will confirm your booking - the balance is due two months prior to arrival. Payment can be made by putting a cheque in the post or by debit card by telephone. Debit card payments are accepted free of surcharge - credit card payments incur a 2% surcharge.
- Cancellation: All monies will be returned if one clear months notice is given before arrival. Cancelled bookings lose their deposits only when cancelled within one month of arrival - balances on cancelled bookings, within one month of arrival, are repaid subject to re-letting the cottage.
- Number in party: The Cottages can accommodate 5 guests in the Old Barn and 4 in the Granary. This number should not be exceeded.
- Arrival and departure: Guests are welcome from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival, and should vacate the cottage by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
- Pets: We welcome one dog in the Old Barn cottage at no extra charge, but do ask for prior notice - Please bring bedding and towels. Please do not allow your pet on any furniture, or in bedrooms - we thank you for your understanding. We ask owners not to leave pets alone in the cottage.
- Care of property: Guests undertake to take good care of the property and to leave it in the condition in which they found it.
